Diet Beet Soup – Preparation

1. First, boil the beef until it’s cooked in 2 liters of water. After boiling, remove the meat, and strain the broth.

2. Add potato cubes to the broth and cook until they are partially cooked.

3. Meanwhile, slice the carrots and beets into thin strips. You can pre-bake the beets in the oven or sauté them in a pan for better flavor.

4. Add carrots and beets to the broth with potatoes. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

5. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add finely chopped Chinese cabbage and dill to the borscht.

6. When serving, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of low-fat natural yogurt to the plate.
